It was just another spring day at my cottage, until I stepped out of the lake from the 55 degree water, and everything changed. My mind was clearer. My focus sharper. My entire body felt like it had reset. That single moment of stillness sparked something deeper: a belief that cold immersion isn’t a passing trend. It’s a return to something primal.
